I’m a big fan of a classic grilled cheese. Bread,cheese, grill…BAM! Instant gooey classic. Most people would say why mess with that? My answer is…because I can’t be happy until I know I’m not missing out on a magical gastronomical experience because I didn’t try it. Some might say Gorgonzola is never to meant to touch Rye. Others may weep at the thought of Manchego on Wonder Bread. You might find my mad mixing of breads and cheeses monstrous. Therefore, I hereby dub the process of discovering the perfect mixThe Frankencheese Experience. Cheese will be sliced, bread will be grilled, and no combination will be spared. Bring it, Parmesan and Pita.
